What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed through a secure checkout.

How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the discount field at checkout and select Apply. The discount will show in your order total before you pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at Aureandalusia@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed we may not be able to change it.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to customers within the United States.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping starts at $3.99 and is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging attached.

How do I start a return?
Email Aureandalusia@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the return instructions after reviewing your request.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Sizing & Products

How do I find my size?
Every product page includes a measurement table in inches. We recommend comparing those measurements with a garment you already own.

Where are your products made?
Our pieces are imported. Fabric composition and care instructions are listed on each product page.
